Copying the information or material from the website to any public or private electronic retrieval system is strictly prohibited. No information mentioned on the official website is used in conjunction with any other commercial websites or used in any other way without our written permission.
- When you hire our services, you agree to the amount and payment procedure.
- We ensure to deliver the finished work in a timely manner with a strict adherence to the quality as well as the discussion with the client. For any clarifications or enquiries, you can contact us via phone or Email. We follow fixed working hours unless additional time is required for certain projects, wherein you agree to provide the needed hours.
- Clients must make sure to provide the necessary details/instructions/guidelines based on which the project will be created. Any delays at client’s end can delay the project and proposed time frames which can result in additional costs.
- Any complexity related to specific tasks, must be informed in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. We are true to our works and rely on our clients to disclose the full picture at the time of quotation. Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements will not be borne by Squash Technology.
- Any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after the development does not attract additional charges.
- All materials related to the project should be provided prior to starting the project. Delays will affect the timely completion of the project and can incur additional charges.
- Any modifications on the finished project will cost added expense. Changes in the design later on despite the approved design will also incur charges. Any extra work beyond the estimates is charged separately. Squash Technology is not responsible for any delays caused by changes in the project.
- Responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhone and iPads. If you need the testing to be done on any other device, please discuss it in advance.
- In cases where your application/website is not hosted on a synapse server, the additional work hours used due to the server or network related issues will not be covered in our quotes and are charged separately.
- Any delays in providing the finished project due to reasonable circumstances must be recognized by the client. Whilst we try our best to deliver on time, the client should not penalize us.
- All communications/ correspondences are generally done via emails. It is the client’s responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.
- We reserve the right to modify our website’s information in a timely manner. Visit our website for future updates.
